Summary

COR's Health Training provides comprehensive education for employees on medication administration procedures and documentation, potential side effects an individual supported may experience, and how to monitor and report medication errors or discrepancies with medications. This Health training aims to educate COR employees about common diagnoses individuals with IDD experience, such as: diabetes, dysphagia and seizures. The Health Training focuses on educating employees to recognize that changes in behaviour could be communication that the individual is experiencing changes with their physical health.
